Thirsting for Knowledge Thursdays – 6/28/12

From Janome:

Hemstitching is found on antique heirloom clothing and is used extensively in today’s increasingly popular Heirloom Sewing. Janome sewing machines have a variety of wonderful hemstitches you can use for all your heirloom sewing. They can be sewn with a regular sewing machine needle or a “wing” needle, which is the most popular, since it creates “holes” in the fabric, giving it a lacy look.
